I went shopping- Home haul

Evening All

I recently moved to a new apartment. Since then I have been trying to decorate my house by adding different bits and pieces over here and there to make it more similar to home. So far my most visited place to shop had been homegoods I think they carry a wide range of products with reasonable prices.

I saw this copper mirrored tray in the bathroom section, and I knew right away that it will hold all mine and my hubby perfumes.

Continuing with the copper theme ( honestly, who doesn't like a piece of coppery item in their home) I got this photo frame and I thought it would go with the perfume tray and I can put one of my wedding photos inside it.

Since I have lived in England before, I always fancy a cool afternoon tea party and as you may all know one of the basic requirements for a afternoon tea party is a cute set of cups, when I saw this cute cups felt in love with them.

I got this cute gold jar as a centrepiece element to go with my butterfly cups.

That was all the items that I got for now

Thanks

Face of the day

Recently, I have been enjoying using my beloved urban decay naked3 palette to achieve a rose gold kind of smokey eye with the nude lip and cheeks. I think it works very well for every skin tone and eye color. well, here is how I apply my makeup.

I start my make up by applying my new L'oreal foundation, I have never been a huge fan of drugstore foundations. To be honest, this is my first time using a foundation from drugstore and I am totally obsessed with it. It has medium coverage and doesn't feel heavy on your skin also blends very easy with finger. the only drawback is that it doesn't last much on skin. Then, I conceal my terrible under eye circle with Nars shear glow concealer (I can't leave the house without concealer) to make sure that I don't look like a sleep deprived person.

On my eyes, I start applying the Limit all over my lid using a flat side of the brush usually I use the brush that comes with the palette then, mix the Nooner and Liar together and apply it to my crease area and blend them together until they look soft and natural. Using an angled brush line my eyes with the BlackHeart. Finally, add Liar underneath my eyes and blend it follow by curling those lashes and applying loads of mascara to them.

Lets talk about the lips, most of the time I reach out for the neutral colors and same as always for me this look would be perfect with a nude lip to show its glam. The YSL lip sticks are my all time favorites. They have the perfect formulation, as a chemical engineer that observed the process of making lipsticks in the lab. I could guarantee that they made loads and loads of efforts to come up with their fantastic lipsticks. This gorgeous is from Roug Pur Couture collection number 10.

Then, its cheeks time this mac blush  is an oldie but a goodie one I love the color its a pinky nude matt color without any glitter in it.

And yes that conclude my new make up look that I am in love with.

Bath and Body works Haul- January Sale

Hi everyone!

I have always loved and enjoyed the huge after Christmas sale since you could get so many cool stuff at a bargain price.
Unfortunately, this year I have totally forgotten about the sales and I don't know how that is even possible for me as a shopaholic?! However, I have managed to do some shopping last week in bath and body works lets be honest, who doesn't like their colourful stuff? anybody? nobody I know!
anyway, I think the sale still is going on and they have pretty awesome range of products. You should totally check them out.
Here are the products that I bought and I am so excited to use them all.

Vanilla Tini Shower Gel: Oh wow this smells amazing. I love everything about it, the scent, the color and even the bottle. It smells like vanilla and coconut, I think it is a little bit similar to "Cool coconut Surf" shower gel.
Lemon Vanilla Shower Gel: This shower gel has a fresh and a sweet twist scent in it.
Winter Cranberry Hand Soap: A cool treat of frosted cranberries sprinkled with iced peach. The description could not be more spot on.
Endless Weekend Foaming SoapAn exhilarating blend of raspberry lychee sorbet, sun-kissed magnolia and vanilla sandal wood. To be honest, I can only sniff the vanilla and sandalwood I am not sure about the rest.

Lemon Pomegranate Cream Fragrance Mist: The Pomegranate Balances out the lemon, the scent is the real indulgent. If you don't like sweet scents like me, this scent is for you.
Wallflower Fragrance Refill: Already have two wallflowers in my living room and bedroom and I needed one for my bathroom. When I saw this cute squirrel I couldn't resist buying it. I picked out two refill for it, Cranberry Pear  and Cashmere Glow

Have you tried any body cream from B&BW. Let me know in the comment section down below if they are a must have or not?

Thanks for reading.
